 | Helmut J. Roehrig, Founder and Director of the Chorus, is Professor of Music, Emeritus Xavier University and Director of Music at Our Lord Christ the King Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. A native of Germany, Dr. Roehrig has conducted performances in Europe's historic churches with the Concert Choir of Xavier University as well as the Musica Sacra Chorus.
Dr. Roehrig is a graduate of the Institute for Church Music in
Mainz, Germany, and the Staatliche Musikhochschule in Frankfurt am Main. He holds a Doctor of Music degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
